Rent by the Hour

Due to popular request, we now offer hourly/daily rentals in our new Live Rehearsal Room at Royal 4 in Burbank.

The Live Room comes with everything you need to practice your live act. The room is also connected to our state of the art recording studio, The Rattle Room, so you can get your session recorded as well!

​

Includes soundproof construction, drums, amps, a digitally controlled sound system with usb outputs for recording and midi controlled LED show lighting. The space is treated for great sound and is perfect for the following uses;

​

Private music showcases, acting or musical auditions, music videos, live performance videos, show rehearsals, tour prep, art exhibits, fashion shows, etc.

​

This space has a private/separate entrance with lobby and the following services can be made available for an extra charge; sound engineer, recording with engineer, lighting designer, door security, guest list table, bar and food services, chairs and tables.

​

All you need bring are:

​

1) Drumsticks (and snare drum, cymbals, and kick pedal are suggested but not mandatory)

​

2) Guitar/bass & cables to plug in

​

3) Your classy live act!

​

4) Earplugs to protect those precious eardrums!
